Return & Exchange Policy

Clothing & Merchandise

All apparel and select merchandise from A Good Time Daiquiri Lounge are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Items purchased by mistake

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@agoodtimedaiquiri.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

If approved, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Additional Notes

– We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items.
– Items lost or damaged by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refund unless shipping insurance was purchased.


Drink Mixes, Fruit Garnishes & DIY Boxes

Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Change of mind

  • Purchased by mistake

  • Flavor preferences

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your drink mix, garnish, or DIY box arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.


Event Bookings 

All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A Good Time Daiquiri Lounge cancels the event

  • A major service issue prevents us from fulfilling your event


Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
